Tasks for financial freedom

It sound boring but you have to know your income and your expenses exatly.
Make a List:

Earnings

  • salary
  • rent
  • and so on

Spendings
  • Insurance
  • Food
  • Rent
  • depts
  • Telephone
  • Car
  • public transportation
  • All the small things like coffee in the morning a snack here an so on

After that you will see rent, car and small things mostly the biggest spendings.
Than you have to watch if there is something left.
When you have depts it is important pay them first before you invest in stocks or so!

For me its easy i have no car and get to work by bike so i save a lot of money here, you can calculate 300€ up to 500€ for a car per month.
I Take four times a week my own food to work, it safes a lot that i not get my lunch on a shop every day.
And i have no expensive hobby except my wife ;)

Actual we have bought a house but the price was very good and the yield low so we spend the same price as if we rent a flat in our town.

So my spendings are approximately 50% from my income.

You have to ask yourself what can you relinquish and what do you need.
For me it´s important to go once a week with my colleague to lunch but not every day.
And i save money for a long haul flight every year to Asia with my family.

All this Sounds simple but its hard to remind yourself to make notes for every spending.
To Think before you buy something "did i really need this "
So its a long way but after a time when your savings are grown its easier because you see the result.
